The artwork Intrusos by the artist Violeta Prim.
Technique: Post-produced digital photograph in black and white. Silver gelatin photographic print on paper.
Measures: 40 x 50 cm.
WORK
This series explores my personal experience with mental health through symbolic imagery, giving visible form to experiences that are often invisible. Each photograph represents an inner landscape: the sadness that can become a refuge, the intruders that dwell between dream and wakefulness, and the different realities that coexist within me.

Artist biography
Violeta Prim
The artist Violeta Prim participates in Galeria Espai Cavallers
Violeta Prim Aguado (Lleida, 1996) is a visual artist who works primarily with photography and digital art. A graduate in Digital Design and Creative Technologies from the UdL, where she was awarded the prize for the best academic record of her graduating class, and holding a master’s degree in professional photography, she has developed an artistic practice centred on conceptual self-portrait photography. Her work explores issues related to identity, vulnerability and emotional experience, using the body and the self-image as a narrative tool.
