The world, the hands of the cloud
We are all buried in the cloud, some of us or we recognize and others do not want to think about it.
This work represents a nube. The heads, eyes that look between them, that are constantly observed. This is how I see social networks.
Eyes acting like mass, in the anonymity of the net. And if you're a little different, you're very much in question. A world that rewards mass and discriminates against difference.
Many of us understand that we look impassable; others are attracted to everything. Others are looking at each other in the same breath.
I also want to highlight here the concept of mask / face that we use and that we put on to act in society.
We are one in the privacy of our personal space and we are others when we present ourselves in society.

The artist Lupe Ribot participates in Galeria Espai Cavallers

Responsible for the All Workshop in the Cercle de Sant Joan de Déu Terres de Lleida.
I’m creative. I think of colors and shapes, concepts, compositions, ways of defining and capturing my gaze.
