THE GARDEN THAT DOESN'T EXIST

In my series of paintings Croma Flora I wanted to invent an impossible garden.

A botanical universe that doesn't exist in reality, but that I would like to see blooming around me. The flowers I imagine don't follow rules: they have bold shapes, colors that don't obey nature, but that show joy and hope. They are pigments of desire and leaves that desire freedom.

It is an emotional flora, a botany of the soul, where each petal is a possibility and each branch, a promise.
