From the origins to the present

Thought creates reality; the artist weaves vibration and offers it to the world. That's my job. From the origins to the present, the human being treats art as a transmitting vehicle of emotions, feelings, and information of everything that is and what always was, but she does not know what she knows; her language comes from a higher plane that interprets through the image from the deepest to the most evident, from what it is. The secret of art is to speak to the observer to her essence beyond the time and the transitory space that the generations occupy in all cultures. The artist’s mission is to speak to this human being as her predecessors did, so that she never forgets who she is and what she will become.”

Graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts Sant Jordi in Barcelona in 1976.

• Second prize in the “Vila de Verdú” speed painting competition, in 1975.
• Group exhibition of artists from Lleida at the “Galería Terraferma”, in 1975.
• Group exhibition at the Cercle de Belles Arts in Lleida, 1981.
• Design of the official logo for the Sagrada Família School in Lleida, in 1985.
• Studied ceramics at the Escola Palou in Lleida, from 1986 to 1992.
• Awarded second prize in the provincial round of the 4th National Road Safety Education Competition, as director of the winning project, in 1986.
• Commemorative poster and official logo for the centenary of the Sagrada Família School in Lleida, in 1989.
• First Provincial Prize in the 6th National Road Safety Education Competition as director of the winning project, in 1990.
• Created the drawings for the Renaissance-style doorways of the cloister at the Seu Vella in Lleida in 1991, commissioned by the University of Lleida to mark the First Seu Vella Congress, held from 6 to 9 March 1991.
• Continuing professional development course at the Escola Blanquerna on educational reform in secondary education, in 1991.
• Group exhibition of artists from Lleida, for the Manos Unidas Lleida 1991 campaign.
  1991. Collaborated with the firm Artespaña on the opening of this state-owned company’s branch in Lleida (1991).
• Design of theatre costumes for two productions organised by the Lleida-based entertainment company La Traca, in 1991.
• Drawings of the borders and details from the tapestry collection of the Treasury of Lleida Cathedral, commissioned by the Associació Amics de la Seu Vella in 1992.
• In 1993, drawings of borders and floral and mythological decorations from the tapestries of the Treasury of Lleida Cathedral. Commission from the Department of Art History at the University of Lleida.
• Solo sculpture exhibition at the ‘Sala Coma Estadella’ at the College of Quantity Surveyors of Lleida, in 1994.
